  • AI detection analysis: Assessment of whether responses appear to be AI-generated.
  • Country detection: Approximate country based on IP-derived headers (not stored as an IP address).

2.3 Technical Information

  • UTM parameters: Campaign source and medium from your application link, used for recruitment analytics.
  • Timestamps: When you applied, completed your interview, and other activity timestamps.

  • Communicating with you about your application status.
  • Ensuring platform security and preventing abuse.

4. AI Processing

Your data is processed by AI systems in the following ways:

  • Interview conduct: An AI system generates interview questions and follow-ups based on the position requirements and your responses.
  • Speech-to-text: Voice recordings are transcribed using OpenAI Whisper or equivalent speech recognition technology.
  • Response evaluation: Your written and transcribed responses are evaluated by AI language models (such as GPT-4) that score them against job-relevant criteria.
  • Resume analysis: Your resume is summarized and analyzed by AI to inform interview question selection.
  • AI detection: Your responses are analyzed to assess the likelihood of AI-generated content.

AI-generated scores and recommendations are used to assist human decision-making. Final hiring decisions are made by humans at the hiring company.

5. Data Sharing

We share your personal information only as follows:

  • Hiring company: The company you applied to receives your application materials, interview transcript, evaluation scores, and AI-generated assessments.
  • AI service providers: Your responses and voice recordings are processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) for transcription, evaluation, and analysis. These providers process data under their own data processing agreements and privacy policies.
  • Infrastructure providers: Data is stored using cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel) under standard data processing agreements.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

  • Active candidates: Your data is retained for as long as your application is active and for a reasonable period afterward for the hiring company’s records.
  • Anonymized data: De-identified and aggregated data used for system improvement may be retained indefinitely.
  • Voice recordings: Audio files are retained for the duration of the hiring process and deleted within 12 months of your application, unless required for legal compliance.
