1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OkayRelax interview platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OkayRelax provides an AI-powered interview screening platform. The Service collects candidate information, conducts automated interviews using artificial intelligence, records and transcribes voice responses, and evaluates candidate responses to assist hiring decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By submitting an application, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

As a candidate using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in your application and interview responses.
  • Complete the interview process yourself without assistance from AI tools, other individuals, or pre-written scripts.
  • Not attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or interfere with the interview process or scoring systems.
  • Not record, reproduce, or distribute the interview questions or process.

5. AI-Powered Interview Process

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your interview will be conducted by an AI system, not a human interviewer.
  • Your written and voice responses will be recorded, stored, and analyzed.
  • Voice responses will be transcribed using automated speech recognition technology.
  • Your responses will be evaluated and scored using AI models to assess your suitability for the role.
  • AI-generated scores and recommendations may be used alongside human review in hiring decisions.
  • The hiring company makes final hiring decisions; AI scoring is one factor among many.

6. Use of Submitted Content

By submitting your application, resume, interview responses (written and voice), and any other materials through the Service, you grant OkayRelax and the hiring company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze this content for:

  • Evaluating your candidacy for the position applied to.
  • Improving and training our interview and evaluation systems, including AI models.
  • Creating anonymized and aggregated datasets for system calibration, quality assurance, and research.
  • Developing simulation scenarios and benchmark evaluations to improve scoring accuracy.
  • Internal analytics and platform improvement.

When your content is used for system improvement purposes, it will be anonymized or de-identified so that it is not reasonably linked back to you. Your personally identifiable information will not be shared publicly or used in marketing without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all interview questions, scoring algorithms, AI models, and platform technology, is the property of OkayRelax and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. OkayRelax does not guarantee employment outcomes, scoring accuracy, or uninterrupted access to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkayRelax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities.

10. Modifications

OkayRelax reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
